Project Management Officer

We are seeking a Project Management Officer to drive the successful execution of major internal and customer projects across departments for our key customers.

Your Role:

As a Project Management Officer, you’ll be directly reporting to the CEO and act as the coordinator of large, complex projects that require alignment with various stakeholders. You are the one who creates an all-encompassing plan with realistic timelines, taking into account all dependencies, that ensures everyone is on board with the approach and follows up on all deliverables to be in place at the right time. Your job is to ensure that the overall project gets delivered on time, or that rapid escalation to leadership takes place in case of risk of delays. You continuously visualize and communicate the project status and progress so that everyone understands the priorities.

You’ll be responsible for the successful completion of the project, resolving challenges along the way. You’ll work closely with various departments (Growth, Operations, Product, Development, and Infrastructure) and with stakeholders at our key customers. You are responsible for the development requests of our key customers, for which both project and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Of course, you won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be supported by our Customer Success Specialists, Head of Operations, COO, and CEO, who are all here to set you up for success in this role. Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience as a manager of large IT projects

• You have at least a Bachelor's degree

• You have powerful project management skills

• You have excellent communication skills

• You have experience with stakeholder management in a complex project

• You are fluent in English and preferably also in Dutch

• You have a get-things-done mentality and a proactive attitude

• You find punctuality important and have a detailed mind

• You have strong analytical thinking skills

• You are stress-resistant

• You are comfortable with keeping people accountable
