S4D delivers an omnichannel solution for quick-service restaurants (QSRs). Our vertical SaaS empowers QSR chains to increase online sales through their Website, App, Kiosk, and Loyalty Program, which we deliver to brands such as New York Pizza, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Spare Ribs Express, Belchicken. As part of our solution, we also deliver the Point of Sale, Kitchen Display Systems, Driver Management Tools for the restaurants, and lastly, we empower headquarters with all the tools to run their (franchise) chain efficiently.

Job Description

As a Full-Cycle Account Executive, you manage the entire sales process from pipeline generation to closing. You understand how modern B2B buying has changed and how sellers must adapt. You naturally build your personal brand and collaborate closely with the growth, operations, and product teams to attract the right prospects. This role requires frequent travel to meet prospects and attend industry events. When not traveling, you work from the office three days per week. At the office, you work together with your colleagues from the Growth, Product, and Operations Team to understand our product in-depth and see how we can support our prospects the best way possible.

Key Responsibilities

Quota ownership: Consistently hit your targets and demonstrate full ownership of your results. You articulate your performance clearly and insightfully.

Product expertise: You develop a deep understanding of our platform. With strong storytelling, you show prospects how S4D impacts both their day-to-day work and overall business performance.

Managing deal cycles: You build relationships across multiple stakeholder levels and navigate different deal cycles and ACV ranges successfully.

Market presence: Represent S4D at trade fairs, field visits, and industry knowledge events. You take ownership of connecting with the right prospects and driving pipeline growth.

Creative outreach: Be proactive and creative in how you reach and stay in touch with prospects—whether via email, phone, LinkedIn, video content, WhatsApp, or other channels. You select the right formats to build trust and maintain high momentum.

Personal brand building: Strengthen and leverage your personal brand to educate prospects and the wider social media audience. Provide value, build authority, and create your own inbound demand stream.

  • You are self-motivated, driven, and understand that sales is a long-term game.

  • Eagerness to understand the quick-service restaurant industry.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Additional languages like German or Spanish are a big plus.

  • 2+ years of experience closing new logos.

  • Strong CRM user with the ability to quickly understand industries and challenges.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized self-starter.

  • Living in or near Amsterdam, or willing to relocate.

  • Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, especially enterprise.

  • Bonus: Experience in the food delivery or restaurant tech industry.
