You will ensure our partners, such as New York Pizza, Pizza Hut, Apache Pizza, Papa Johns, and Kotpizza, are successful with our software solution.
Job Description
Our customer success team sets our partners up for success. We provide Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) with the best omnichannel operation system in the market. You are responsible for onboarding new partners and are the go-to person when our partners have questions.
Your job ranges from preparing client meetings to installing our solution in specific pilot stores. You are the primary owner of the client relationship, and their success is your primary goal. You both tackle problems to ensure our solution works well, and you consult them on how to improve their business. As a Customer Success Executive, you are responsible for onboarding new partners and managing an existing portfolio of partners.
You interact with various departments of the client’s headquarters on a daily basis, while also building relationships with franchisees. You provide support to the client for complex problems that the 1st-level Support team cannot resolve. For onboarding new partners, you work with the Growth team to ensure successful onboarding. Internally, you work with the Product team to ensure our software meets our partner's needs.
Of course, you do not do this alone; the other CSEs, our Head of Operations, and even our CEO are there to help you grow and make our partners’ businesses successful with our software solution.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
You have experience within a customer-facing role
You have a get-things-done mentality and a pro-active attitude
You enjoy fully owning a project or a problem
You enjoy building and maintaining new relationships
You have an analytical mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Bonus points for another European language (Dutch, German, French, Finnish, Spanish, or Portuguese)
