We’re currently looking for an Onboarding Manager to ensure that new partners, like New York Pizza, Bakker Bart, and Pizza Hut, successfully migrate to make use of our software.

Your Role:

As an Onboarding Manager, you’ll be part of our Operations Team and act as the key link between our developers and our customers, whether that’s franchise owners or head office teams. Your job is to help them get the most out of our platform, from solving technical issues to supporting them in day-to-day use.

You’ll be responsible for the successful implementation of our software, resolving challenges along the way. You’ll work closely with various departments at the headquarters of multiple restaurant chains, while also building strong relationships with franchisees. You are responsible for the entire implementation of the software at the customer, for which both project and stakeholder management skills are a must.

For new partners, you’ll collaborate with the Growth team to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process. Internally, you’ll work with the Product team to help shape our software based on partner needs.

Job requirements

Vereisten:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • You have strong project management skills

  • You have experience in and enjoy working with customers

  • You speak fluent English

  • You have a get-things-done mentality and a proactive attitude

  • You enjoy taking full ownership of a project or a problem

  • You have strong analytical thinking skills

  • Bonus points if you speak another European language (Dutch, German, Spanish, Portuguese, or French)
